We collect only the following personal data:

• Email address — when you join our Founders Club waitlist via the signup form on our website.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

3. How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to:

• Send you updates about the YoDog product launch
• Notify you of your Founders Club pricing and benefits
• Send occasional pre-launch communications relevant to your interest in YoDog

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We process your email address on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You provide this consent when you submit the signup form. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email we send you.

5. Data storage and processors

Our website uses:

• Google Tag Manager — to manage analytics and tracking scripts
• Meta Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram

These tools may set cookies on your device. By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of these cookies. We do not currently display a cookie banner but will implement one ahead of our full product launch.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After unsubscribing, your data will be removed within 30 days.
